moved both movement mod key and ignore horse speed limit under movement mod, as they share one of the aobscans now. the mod keys would work when you're using follow road on the horse now. a crash that could happened during horse riding was introduced on the last update. lazy to update the player ship filter of the ignore ship health script for the latest game patch, so I made this poseidon script instead to manipulate the ship god flag check when the player ship is being attacked. changed ignore ship health to poseidon.
